Service charters

 We support the development of Service charters that are aimed at older people in a manner that facilitates knowledge transfer, understaning and appreciation by this population.

 Based on a flexible methodology, it incorporates the point of view of the staff in charge of the services, as well as the perspective of the elderly, recipients of the services. Emphasis is placed both in the identification of key aspects of the services as well as in the adequation of the communication plan design, using a language registers that the various elderly population profiles can feel at ease with.

Monitoring and assessment of service charters is carried out through focus groups, or interviews of small samples of the target population; applying qualitative and/or qualitative analysis by professionals who are speciallized in the elderly.
